Savannah has a large number of festivals and major events that attract visitors to the city from far and wide. The city’s biggest annual event is on St Patrick’s Day, with one of the best-attended parades in the country.

Other highlights of the city’s festival calendar include the Savannah Music Festival and Savannah Stopover in spring, and the Savannah Film Festival and Savannah Food and Wine Festival in fall. Other popular events include the home and garden tours put on each spring, food and music festivals and the city’s annual Pride festival.
