Bluffton, SC Tours
Bluffton’s local guides offer several tours exploring aspects of the city’s history, culture and environment. Available tours include walking tours of the downtown Historic District, ghost and folklore tours, historical and nature-oriented boat tours, and excursions into the nearby waterways by kayak or paddleboard.
If you are looking for a tour that focuses on local African-American history or Gullah culture, none are currently available in Bluffton itself. Several, however, are offered in Hilton Head, Beaufort and St Helena Island, where you can also take a tour exploring the region’s Civil War history and freedpeople’s settlements, former plantations, or other aspects of the area’s history.
